I’ve had the pleasure of working with Neil for 2 months now and have witnessed some of the most transformative and explorative guidance, impacting both my recently launched brand and personal development. Neil elegantly provides thoughtful tactics that I feel enable me to resolve my own hang ups, while also stepping in when a more hands on approach is needed. What lays ahead is truly exciting!

As a business owner in the competitive transportation and heavy equipment business, I am approached by myriad “consultants” and “experts” offering a wide spectrum of rehashed and redundant solutions to “maximize efficiency”, “improve sales”, and “massively impact my bottom line”, I was initially hesitant to meet and hire FIVELION for this reason. In addition, the idea of partnering with a business and life coach to improve my business was a totally foreign concept to me. However, there was something radically different about Neil. After chatting further with him and listening to his powerful business and life experience, and the energy and authenticity behind him and his approach, I felt there was something very different about him and his company.
After 3 months of working together I was stunned at the personal and business transformation that had taken place. We had created time and space for me to think, develop and implement real strategy and purpose for my business, improved my leadership skills while energizing my employees, and most surprisingly, drastically improved and created balance in the 5 most important areas of my life. The work we did together, while tough and challenging, made me happier, more fulfilled, and according to my friends and family, a more pleasant, present and patient person.
It is the first time an expert in business looked at me and my business health holistically. I still work with him today and see his service as a long-term investment in me and my business. Read all the self-help books you want, but when you grow tired of them, hire Neil’s company to motivate, challenge, and transform your life or business.

Relationship struggle. Work struggle. Relationship/Work balance struggle. These are the main reasons for partnering with FIVELION. As a single working mother of two teenage girls, I wasn’t sure I would be comfortable discussing my relationship problems with a man, or if a man could understand the challenges a woman faces like balancing out kids and career challenges unique to women. I am so thrilled to share my experience with whomever is reading or will be reading this.
Neil has a very warm and empathetic approach that eased my anxiety within our first session. What I loved most was his ability to listen intently and actively. By our second session, I felt comfortable enough to open up and let it all out. How do you remain “yourself” and “balance” and meet all the expectations and or pressures that some relationships put on us? This is a daily challenge for most women. We often hide it well and just soldier on. But it became exhausting and debilitating. To the point where everything was suffering. Sometimes we are so busy trying to please everyone we forget about ourselves. I found myself “stuck in the weeds” of a bad relationship, not just personally but professionally and mentally as well. I lost myself in the process.
Neil offers different coaching approaches to clients, which I find separates him from any of the coaches I have read about or have heard about through friends. I know I needed tough love and high accountability, and he beautifully coupled that with the traditional coaching style of powerful questioning. He used his Quiet Guide and Tough Love approach while guiding me to look inward and challenge myself to arrive at the answers he knew I had within me.
It was life changing and is a constant reminder on how precious being whole is, not only to my family but more importantly to myself.
I would highly recommend Neil and FIVELION if you are wanting or needing to make positive life altering changes.

As a “millennial” who is finishing up her university degree, I find I am faced with a tidal wave of options, pressures, changes and circumstances that were becoming overbearing and difficult to deal with at times. On top of all that, balancing out relationship time and quality demands with family, friends and dating only added to the stress.
I met Neil at a seminar one evening and found myself opening up to him about some of these issues. He never even mentioned he was a business and life coach. He just listened really carefully and then offered to make a few comments and observations. I welcomed the feedback and was blown away by the simplicity, directness and clarity of his comments. He asked a few questions as well. These were interesting because I had never been asked those types of questions, or really thought about them before. School never asked thought provoking and meaningful questions like that before. They really challenged me to think and forced me out of my comfort zone. During that process I randomly experienced a breakthrough and clarity. It was kind of like magic.
Finally, I asked him what he did for a living. He told me he helped “empower, transform, and challenge people to bring out the best in themselves, as a coach”. He then added, “I also lovingly kick people in the ass at times too, if they need and want it”. I laughed and then asked him for a card.
I hired him a week later. Actually, my mother hired him as well, and paid for a 6-month partnership with him for me. My mother is a global HR Executive, and she can’t stop talking about how much he has helped her leadership, department and personal life.
I believe more young people like myself need an objective and thoughtful guide on our journey as there is so much to navigate these days. I recommend Neil as that guide.

Neil has a rare mix of sides to him. There is Neil the successful businessman who knows how to create value for business partners, clients and customers. Neil the friend and family man who is deeply caring with tons of compassion. Neil the buddy who has a dry sense of humour and genuine curiosity, that means he's open and non-judgemental. Neil the carer loves helping other people and watching people grow and change.
These qualities come together in Neil the coach. Powerful, open and focused on helping you improve. In my sessions with Neil I found genuine care about the journey I was on, a drive to push me to better things and an ability to open my mind to further options and wider possibilities. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone who wants to take their life or business journey forward.
